Called @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp 2 wks ago to resolve issue, went well and to wait for confirm by mail. Arrived with no changes and late fee! 3 people and 45 min later "it's not my job" won the day. Same conversation 13 yrs ago we cancelled landline. Time for a NEW provider.

@CenturyLinkHelp Your system of not accepting Repair Tickets until after the outage is cleared is a backwards thinking process. It will be a free-for-All once you figure it out. If we already know we have a line disconnected from the house how about put us in the queue!

A technician at @CenturyLink just told me my internet has been throttled back to zero because I’ve exceeded my usage. We have one TV we rarely watch and two iPhones. I’m seeing a new service provider in my future!

@CenturyLinkHelp Right now, I pay for up to 80Mb/s and get 10-12Mb/s...ALWAYS. I keep proving its not on my side of the network, and I get hungup on because Centurylink 1st level support has NO IDEA how networking actually works.
