@ifuaskmee @comcast Nope they’re not I spoke to someone last night they will not cut ya service off but everyone you will get your normal bill until you’re able to pay it so you might be sitting on a 900 dollar bill cause you can’t pay it by the time you go back to work etc #Robbery

@Xfinity absolutely terrible. Long time customer and you jacked my bill up 15 a month in today’s environment. Then a rep offers me internet essentials. Finally a credit for 25 . How about giving my discount back? Honestly the tv shows are getting worse and the bill is up.

8b. Did not know (but found via Googling, no love Xfinity help pages) that you can right-click and empty trash. You can also toss a bunch of emails into a folder and delete the whole folder. I show her how to sort of inbox (where ALL her mail is) so she can delete big files.
