Introduction
Hello everyone, welcome to Part 4 of our Walkthrough for Hogwarts Trivia Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous part, you took part in two rounds of the Hogwarts Trivia contest. Now, there’s just one more crucial round to go, and everyone is feeling the pressure to see who will come out on top.

Proceed to the Clocktower Courtyard when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will start a conversation with Merula.
You’ll ask her what she’s talking about and say that you thought you were gathering just to hear the focus of the third round of the Hogwarts Trivia contest. These lines will differ based on your results.
This line will differ depending on what you chose in the first part.
In her defense, she will say that a little trash-talking is an essential part of any successful competition. She will ask you if you agree with her. You can reply in two ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they don’t impact the story.
Shortly after, she’ll say that people aren’t even talking to each other, but she’s confident you can resolve the situation.
You’ll say that the third round will be the toughest one yet and accentuate the need to bring the team together to secure a victory.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start this task with a full energy bar.
Bonus progress actions are tied to Ben, Professor McGonagall, and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.
Not long after, Tonks will thank you for talking with the whole team and getting everyone on the same page. You’ll tell her you’re sure everyone is on edge as you prepare for the final round.
Shortly after, the Headmaster will speak and say that after careful consideration he has decided on a topic for the final round of the Hogwarts Trivia competition.
He’ll say it won’t be easy and express his hope not to worsen generational conflicts, while also hoping you’ll inspire each other to learn together.
After that, Tonks will say that the History of Hogwarts covers a wide range of topics, and you’ll agree with her.
Your friend will comment that she’s beginning to understand why this round brings four points. You’ll suggest regrouping in a private location to discuss the theme further.
(Depending on your progress in the Main Story, one of your teammates will be either Rowan or Corey. Corey will be your teammate in this Walkthrough).
Go to the Corridor to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will meet with your team.
These lines will differ depending on your competition results.
Tonks will mention the difficulty of figuring out what to study. She’ll say that Professor Dumbledore mentioned the third round will focus on Hogwarts history, and she’s worried about remembering centuries of it.
Tonks will say that she feels that Dumbledore is just messing with you and she will ask you what you think. You can reply in two ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow but don’t impact the story.
Afterward, everyone will agree that you should summarize Dumbledore’s words one more time. To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass.
There is one bonus progress action tied to your character.
After that, you will say that after the discussion you may have found the clue you were looking for. You will say that you noticed that Dumbledore awkwardly phrased this round’s theme when he presented it.
Tonks will agree with you. You’ll wonder about its meaning, and Merula will propose that Dumbledore might be talking about the book’s title.
This line will differ based on whether you said Merula would be a great addition to the team or not.
You’ll suggest that by studying Bathilda Bagshot’s book, you might discover the answer to Dumbledore’s third-round question. You’ll also say that if the other team hasn’t figured it out yet, your team will be in a good position.
Proceed to the Library when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will ask Madam Pince for a copy of the book you need.
You will share with Madam Pince your belief that Dumbledore may have hinted at finding the answers in that book, and she’ll note the book’s high demand in response.
She’ll also say that every copy in the library was checked out this morning. Intrigued, you’ll ask who took them out.
She will answer that she doesn’t know how to feel about having two teams share such a rare edition.
Madam Pince will say that she already said the book is in great demand.
You will be disappointed because the former students solved Dumbledore’s riddle faster than you. Madam Pince will advise you to try to convince the other team to share the book with you.
Later, Gwenog will approach you and she’ll mention that you solved Dumbledore’s riddle, but her team did it first. You’ll then request to share the book.
She’ll wonder why she should share information with the other team. You can reply in three ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.
Shortly after, she’ll decide to share the book with you, highlighting that there’s much to learn.
She’ll say that it’s impossible to study everything in the book before the final, and you’ll suggest studying it together to cover everything.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start this task with a full energy bar.
There is one bonus progress action tied to Tonks.
Soon after, you’ll say you’re ready to review the entire book. Tonks will add that you were taking notes on every section.
These lines will differ based on your results from the competition.
You’ll say you’re ready for the competition and head to the Great Hall for the final round of Hogwarts Trivia.
Go to the Great Hall to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. The professor will say that it’s time for round four to begin.
This line will differ based on your results on the competition.
The Headmaster will say it’s the last and toughest round and he will encourage everyone to do their best and stay focused.
After that, the Headmaster will say that Hogwarts has had many celebrated heroes pass through its halls over the years. But he will say that there are those who work just as hard behind the scenes to make Hogwarts such a special place. Afterward, the Professor will ask a question.
Tonks will admit she doesn’t remember reading about them, and you’ll say that the names sound familiar to you.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start this task with a full energy bar.
Bonus progress actions are tied to Andre, Xenophilius, and Merula. Don’t forget to slide the screen left and right to check all available options.
After that, your team will have to decide on the answer.
You will remember that Lucius said that the previous caretaker was Apolloyon Pringle.
She will ask you a question. You can reply in three different ways. The correct answer is “Rancorous Carpe”.
This line will differ depending on which answer you gave.
Tonks will ask you if you are sure. You can reply in two ways. These options won’t impact the story, so pick the option you like.
Shortly after, you’ll say you’re ready to write your final answer and submit it. Then Professor Dumbledore will speak and tell how he got the answers to the questions.
You will comment that the former students submitted their answer faster than you, and Tonks will say that they are probably pretty confident in their answer because they were quick. You will add that maybe they were just reckless.
Then Professor Dumbledore will say the correct sequence which is worth four points.
This line will differ based on the answer you gave.
The professor will say that with this incorrect answer, the former students end the game with three points.
Then Professor Dumbledore will announce your results.
The professor will congratulate you.
The Headmaster will add that the competition is over, but that he still has something to reveal.
He will also say that he had an interesting talk with Madam Pince when he returned all the copies of Hogwarts: A History. Then you will conclude that Dumbledore took all the copies of the book to make you work together.
He said that each generation will know more after working together than you ever could alone.
After that, Gwenog will approach you.
This line will differ based on whether your team won or not.
Following that, Tonks will suggest it’s time for a celebration. She’ll also say that she and Gwenog have a little something to give you.
You’ll thank them for the gift, and Tonks will add that it’s the least they could do after all you’ve done to make this contest a success.
This will mark the end of Part 4 of the Hogwarts Trivia Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 4 Gems, 1000 Experience Points, and 3 Chocolate Frogs.
